FTA has prepared this Technical Training Plan Template to assist SSOAs in complying with SSOA requirements for technical training, as outlined in 49 CFR 672.21(e). FTA also developed a separate TTP Checklist to support this process, and SSOAs are encouraged to use the TTP Checklist and TTP Template together.
