This Designated Participants PTSCTP Template is for agency point of contacts (POCs) to fulfill new semi-annual reporting requirement to update FTA on the current list of the agency's designated PTSCTP participants. POCs must return the completed form, both tabs within the template, to FTASafetyPromotion@dot.gov.
