FTA's Office of Transit Safety and Oversight hosted a webinar for State Safety Oversight (SSO) Program Managers, their staff and contractors on overseeing corrective action plans (CAPs) for rail transit agencies. FTA Program Manager Eric Madison discussed common CAP-related findings from FTA’s triennial audits of SSO agencies, CAP monitoring, working with rail transit agencies as an SSO agency, and developing timelines for CAP closeout.
