National Transit Asset Management System Final Rule

This final rule requires public transportation providers to develop and implement transit asset management (TAM) plans. TAM plans must include an asset inventory, condition assessments of inventoried assets, and a prioritized list of investments to improve the state of good repair of their capital assets.

While we are making this document available prior to publication in the Federal Register, it is not the official version of this final regulation. In the event of any differences between this version of the regulation and the official version published in the Federal Register, the official version controls.
