This report presents the development of a low-cost error training program to improve hazard anticipation, hazard mitigation, and attention maintenance during pilot testing of advanced driver assistance and automated driving technologies at transit agencies. The study was conducted with federal employees and showed significant improvements across all three of the training areas.
