In report year 2019, agencies began providing an annual narrative report to NTD describing changes to asset condition from the previous year and detailing progress to meet performance targets set in the previous year. While there is no specific format requirement, this resource provides an example format for the narrative report. This resource replaces and combines the example format and the sample that were previously available. Instead of providing example language for each section, it includes prompts for information that could be useful to include in your agency’s narrative report.
