Long Beach Transit (LBT) provided the performance of each individual Revenue Vehicle as part of the Condition Assessment, Decision Support Tool and Investment Priority portion of LBT's TAM Plan. Three years of work order data was collected to develop a baseline to determine vehicle safety, and FY16's Mean Distance Between Failures (MDBF) for vehicle reliability. With these two criteria and using a default ULB of 14 years, LBT can determine which revenue vehicles are in a State of Good Repair.
