FTA must publish annually a list of all Certifications and Assurances that must be made by applicants to its financial assistance programs. (49 U.S.C. 5323(n).) This document shows the changes FTA made to the Certifications and Assurances that apply to the remainder of Federal Fiscal Year 2026, compared to the Fiscal Year 2025 version.
