Recipient Oversight Workshops
Each year, FTA conducts oversight workshops across the country to help recipients broaden their understanding of the federal rules and regulations, as well as how to comply with FTA program requirements. These workshops are ideal for recipient staff and other transit professionals who have responsibility within their organization for developing FTA grant applications, managing federally funded projects and programs, planning and managing transit services, managing procurements, and overseeing financial matters.
Procurement System Reviews (PSR) and Financial Management Oversight Reviews (FMO) Workshops

PSR workshops are designed to encourage and facilitate improved grantee procurement operations. Fostering best practices, informing of Federal procurement requirements specific to FTA Circular 4220.1F and other applicable statutory and administrative requirements. Attendees will include Regional Office staff members, FTA PSR contractors and public transit agency staff.
FMO workshops are conducted to assist grantees in enhancing and refining their financial management systems to meet the standards established by 2 CFR Part 200 and Part 1201 "Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards," and other FTA and Federal regulatory requirements. Attendees will include Regional office staff members, FTA FMO contractors and public transit agency staff.
