Thank you for your agency’s response to the Federal Transit Administration’s (FTA) letter and preliminary report of the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Compliance Review conducted March 27-29.20 12. Of the Worcester Regional Transit Authority (WRTA).

Enclosed is the final report that incorporates WRTJ\ "s response dated July 20. 20 12. Thank you for the steps WRTA has taken to correct and implement its EEO requirements. There are no outstanding deficiencies remaining with WRTA ·s EEO Program.
