Important Notes for Data Users

  1. The "Funds Expended by Type" dataset presents Operating and Capital Funds expended by each agency whereas the other datasets present Revenues Earned.
  2. For Reduced Reporter and Rural Reporter types, Funds Earned are not reported separately in the NTD. These datasets instead present the sum of Operating and Capital Expenses as an estimate for Funds Earned for these reporter types in each tab.
