FTA must publish annually a list of all Certifications and Assurances that must be made by applicants to its financial assistance programs. (49 U.S.C. 5323(n).) This document shows the changes FTA made to the Certifications and Assurances that apply to the remainder of Federal Fiscal Year 2024, compared to the 2023 version.
