The Tri-Valley – San Joaquin Valley Regional Rail Authority (Authority) proposes to construct a 26mile passenger rail line in Alameda and San Joaquin Counties in California. The Project includes construction of the line with four stations, an operations and maintenance facility in the City of Tracy, and the purchase of ten multiple-unit hybrid rail cars to operate the service.
