The City of Inglewood (City) and the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA) have formed the Inglewood Transit Connector Joint Powers Authority (JPA) to implement a fully automated, elevated, fixed-guideway transit system to complete a critical first/last mile gap between the underserved Inglewood community and the countywide LACMTA Metro Rail system.
