The Sacramento Regional Transit District (RT), in collaboration with the Sacramento Area Council of Governments, City of Sacramento, City of West Sacramento, and Yolo County Transportation District, proposes to construct a streetcar line between West Sacramento and the Midtown District in Sacramento.
