Web Publishing Schedule

Section 207(f)(2) of the E-Government Act of 2002 requires Federal agencies to develop an inventory of information to be published on their Web sites, establish a schedule for publishing information, post the schedules on the Web site, and make those schedules available for public comment.

FTA's public Web site was developed as an information and services hub for citizens and business partners. Consequently, FTA's Web site already offers most of the information commonly requested under the Freedom of Information Act. However, to ensure compliance with Section 207 of the E-Government Act, the Agency Web Team reviewed the content provided on the FTA Web presence. Based on that review, FTA identified the inventory of information and publication schedules available below for the public Web site.

If new information becomes available at FTA that is important to the public, we are committed to putting it on our Web site. If you have suggestions for additional information that should be made available, please send your comments to FTA's Web Manager at fta.webmaster@dot.gov.
