PTASP TAC Biweekly Update: Week of December 21, 2020

The Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan (PTASP) Technical Assistance Center (TAC) biweekly message is now available. Read this week’s updates that focus on Agency Safety Plan (ASP) development challenges the Technical Assistance Center has identified through ASP reviews and agency questions about the PTASP regulation (49 CFR Part 673).

Featured resources include the Checklist for Bus Transit and the Checklist for Rail Transit Agencies (RTAs) and State Safety Oversight Agencies (SSOAs) to help keep track of PTASP requirements during ASP development; and the Certification Fact Sheet, which reviews the who, when and how of certifying compliance with the PTASP regulation.
