FTA has updated the Agency Safety Plan (ASP) checklists in accordance with the Public Transportation Agency Safety Plans (PTASP) final rule at 49 CFR part 673, published on April 11, 2024. The following updated checklists are available in the PTASP TAC Resource Library:
