Call for Exhibitors & Demonstrations

The FTA invites transportation agencies, transit associations, vendors, manufacturers, and technology companies to submit Statements of Interest to demonstrate their innovative tools at the Showcase.

We are seeking high-impact, one-of-a-kind innovations with tangible, real-world applications that offer engaging, hands-on experiences for attendees. In alignment with this event's family-friendly focus, demonstrations should highlight advancements in:

Safety and security
Cleanliness
Universal accessibility
Real-time service data availability
System reliability

Exhibitors: Submit a Statement of Interest

Interested exhibitors must submit a Statement of Interest by 11:59 PM ET on Friday, October 16, 2026. Submissions received after this date may be reviewed and considered, subject to available space and agency resources.

The showcase will provide a high-tech, immersive experience highlighting technological breakthroughs across all modes of public transportation, including commuter rail, subways, light rail, buses, and ferries. With a primary focus on how transit providers are transforming their systems to be more family-friendly, the event will feature interactive demonstrations, full-scale vehicle mockups, and live simulators that highlight cutting-edge solutions for modern riders.
