The CCAM adopted the 2019–2022 CCAM Strategic Plan, Mobility for All, in October 2019 to guide its work to improve access to jobs, healthcare, education, and community services through better access to transportation. The CCAM Strategic Plan establishes a common mission and vision, defines priorities, and outlines four key strategic goals that enable the CCAM to respond to FAST Act requirements, build on past accomplishments, and deliver on its mission.
