Pursuant to 49 U.S.C. 5309(o)(1), Section 3005(b)(11) of the Fixing America’s Surface Transportation Act, and Division J of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act

Pursuant to Executive Order (EO) 14154, Unleashing American Energy, FTA must update the 2024 CIG Policy Guidance to address the social cost of carbon calculation. FTA will release Capital Investment Grants Program and Expedited Project Delivery Pilot Program project ratings and profiles once an update to the 2024 CIG Policy Guidance is issued.
