These FAQs are intended to provide guidance to transit agencies regarding coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).  They cover resources that are available for transit agency use and eligibility of mitigation activities for FTA funding.

This Dear Colleague letter is to inform recipients they will no longer be able to use annual Section 5307 and non-Tribal 5311 funding at a 100 percent federal share for capital expenditures related to COVID-19 response.
