Chapel Hill Transit (CHT) proposes to implement bus rapid transit (BRT) in the Town of Chapel Hill, along Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, South Columbia Street, and US 15-501 South. The proposed project includes 5.7 miles of exclusive bus lanes, the purchase of 14 vehicles and optimized station locations.
