The City of Kansas City proposes to extend the Kansas City Downtown Streetcar 3.6 miles south from the existing terminus at Union Station to the University of Missouri – Kansas City. KCATA expects the project will include nine stations and operate in mixed traffic with semi-exclusive service in portions of the corridor.
