The amount apportioned in this notice includes funding authorized under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, enacted as the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (Pub. L. 117-58) and is based on funding made available under the Further Extending Government Funding Act (Pub. L. 117-70, Dec. 3, 2021), which provides partial-year spending authority through February 18, 2022.
