The Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan (PTASP) Technical Assistance Center (TAC) biweekly message is now available. Read this week’s updates that focus on investigations of safety events for the Safety Assurance section of the Public Transportation Agency Safety Plan (PTASP) regulation (49 CFR § 673.27(b)(3)).

Featured resources include the Monitoring Compliance and Sufficiency of Operations and Maintenance Procedures article that provides information on the PTASP requirements for compliance monitoring and two sample Agency Safety Plans (ASP) that offer sample content for the investigations section of an ASP.
