Analysis and reporting requirements that FTA expects from Project Management Oversight Contractors (PMOCs) regarding sharing the experiences gained in all phases of major capital transit projects with a wider audience, which could potentially produce better project outcomes -- saving time and cost and increasing the effectiveness of FTA’s capital investment.
