Metropolitan Transportation Authority – Second Avenue Subway Phase 2

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) is constructing the new Second Avenue Subway (SAS) Phase 2 project that will extend the Second Avenue subway service, or Q Line, approximately 1.76 miles from the existing 96th Street Station to 125th Street and Park Avenue. It will include the construction of three new stations: 106th Street and Second Avenue, 116th Street and Second Avenue, and 125th Street and Lexington Avenue. The information on this page consists of FTA's oversight reports monitoring MTA's progress with this project.
