This memo provides the results of FTA's analysis of potential environmental impacts that could occur as a result of changes in design to the Second Avenue Subway Project.

The design change is to one of the two ancillary facilities related to the 96th Street Station to be located at 1873 Second Avenue, the southwest corner of Second Avenue and 97th Street.
