This memo provides the results of FTA's analysis of potential environmental impacts that could occur as a result of changes in design to the Second Avenue Subway Project.

The proposed tunnel alignment changes presented in Technical Memorandum No. 4 include modifications to one element previously changed through Technnical Memorandum No. 1, the interlocking cavern south of 70th Street.
