This memo provides the results of FTA's analysis of potential environmental impacts that could occur as a result of changes in design to the Second Avenue Subway Project.

The proposed design changes involve the redesign of the ventilation facilities at the 63rd Street/Lexington Avenue Station and changes to the entrance locations for the Station.
