This memo provides the results of FTA's analysis of potential environmental impacts that could occur as a result of a revision to the mitigation measures for the Second Avenue Subway Project.

The proposed revision would increase the construction vibration limit listed in the Section 106 Programmatic Agreement executed in 2004 for three buildings within the 72nd Street Area of Potential Effect for the Second Avenue Subway Project.
