Access and Mobility for All Summit
The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) will host the Access and Mobility for All Summit at U.S. DOT Headquarters to raise awareness about DOT and government-wide efforts to improve access and mobility for people with disabilities, older adults, and individuals of low income and identify priority federal and non-federal activities and innovations that can provide more efficient, affordable, and accessible vehicles and mobility services such as transit and ridesharing.
The Summit will include keynote remarks from:
- Secretary of Transportation Elaine L. Chao
- Secretary of Housing and Urban Development Benjamin S. Carson, Sr., M.D.
- Congresswoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers (WA-5)
The summit will also feature discussions with leaders across academia, industry, and government and a showcase of innovations enabling expanded access to mobility for people with disabilities. Register by October 23.
