This workbook is designed to support Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs), Group Plan Sponsors, and other transit planning agencies involved in Transit Asset Management (TAM). Presents both TAM summary statistics (condition and performance) and detailed asset inventory information, as reported to FTA's National Transit Database (NTD).
Data Tables organize and summarize data from the 2019 National Transit Database in a manner that is more useful for quick reference and summary analysis. Note that these are static versions of the data tables. For tables with built-in features such as binning based on urbanized area size and filtering out questionable data, please search for the individual data table from the NTD Data page (left menu bar).
