The Federal Transit Administration is issuing this notice to advise interested agencies and the public that a Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) is being prepared for transit elements of the Northstar Corridor project located in the Trunk Highway 10/47 (TH 10/ 47) corridor between Minneapolis and the St. Cloud area, Minnesota.
