Based upon this Act, this Notice contains a comprehensive list of apportionments and allocations of the various transit programs. This Notice includes the apportionment of fiscal year 1997 funds for the Urbanized Area Formula Program, the Nonurbanized Area Formula Program, the Elderly and Persons with Disabilities Program, the Capital Program for Fixed Guideway Modernization, the Metropolitan Planning Program and the State Planning and Research Program, based on the 1997 DOT Appropriations Act and Federal transit laws.
