The User Guide for FTA Access Control and Entry System (FACES) portal can be used by grant recipients and National Transit Database (NTD) reporters who use both the TrAMS and NTD platforms. The User Guide includes how-to steps to access the platforms, understanding and managing security requirements, PIN creation and User Manager functions such as creating users and modifying user roles.
