The user guide helps grantees navigate through the TrAMS system, which maintains information on each recipient organization and compliance with eligibility requirements for awards. TrAMS is a web-based tool developed to allow people to apply for funds on behalf of their agency and for grant recipients to manage their programs and awards in accordance with federal requirements. FTA uses TrAMS to review, approve, control and oversee the distribution of funds.
The User Guide was created in 2016 to coincide with the deployment of TrAMS. FTA is updating the User Guide to reflect TrAMS system changes and sections duplicated in the FACES User Guide. See updated chapters:
