Tip Sheet for User Managers on Updating Organizational Contacts in TrAMS

In April 2018, FTA deployed changes to TrAMS to allow recipient users with the User Manager role to add, edit and update their organizational contacts. FTA uses agency contact information to send updates on important programmatic and policy matters. Please use the tip sheet as a resource to help you review your organization’s points of contact and add, remove and edit information, as necessary.
