Webinar: Guidance on Real Property Disposition Option to Support Transit-Oriented Development and Affordable Housing
This webinar provides guidance on a provision to the 2022 National Defense Authorization Act that allows FTA to authorize the transfer of real property that is no longer needed for its original purpose to a local governmental authority, non-profit organization or third-party entity with no further obligation to the government if it will support transit-oriented development and affordable housing.
Transit agencies, state and local governments and authorities, housing nonprofits and others must register to attend.
