This circular provides recipients of FTA financial assistance with instructions and guidance on program administration and the grant application process relative to the Enhanced Mobility of Seniors and Individuals with Disabilities Program.

In conjunction with publication of this circular, a Federal Register notice was published on September 27, 2024, addressing comments received during the development of the circular.
