Join FTA’s Office of Acquisition Management staff on Tuesday, December 13 at a webinar providing an overview of third-party contracting and procurement practices and suggestions on how to tackle challenging procurement issues. FTA staff will suggest ways to minimize confusion around escalating item and service costs while providing best practices for the pre-solicitation, solicitation, and post-solicitation phases of the procurement process, including the best ways to structure solicitations.
