The Climate Action Plan outlines the University of Alabama (UA) and Tuscaloosa County's joint efforts to replace their current diesel bus fleet with electric buses. The primary purpose of the plan is to reduce emissions of the current all diesel bus fleet, expand public transportation services to better connect the communities, and prepare the workforce for the fleet electrification.
