In February 2021, Jacksonville Transportation Authority’s (JTA) Board of Directors adopted the 2019 Sustainability Action Plan (SAP). The SAP establishes a baseline for  JTA’s performance while developing a sustainability vision and mission statement. It sets goals and provides a portfolio of actionable projects designed to meet them. JTA is currently developing a Greenhouse Gas Emissions Inventory and Climate Action Plan to further quantify emissions related goals, building on the SAP.
