This summary of page changes in July 2018 updates FTA's Award Management Requirements Circular (5010.1E) and is intended to provide better understanding and clarity regarding:

  • Federal Financial Report 
  • FTA concurrence on the acquisitions and disposition limit for appraisals of real property, and
  • FTA concurrence before filing condemnation and changes to the Capital Leases section. 

These page updates replace the July 21, 2017 version of FTA Circular 5010.1E.
