This workbook is designed to support Metropolitan Planning Organizations (MPOs), Group Plan Sponsors, and other transit planning agencies involved in Transit Asset Management (TAM). The aggregation component of the tool presents both TAM summary statistics (condition and performance) and aggregated information on asset inventories based on filter selections such as reporter type and TAM tier, as reported to FTA's National Transit Database (NTD).  

The peer comparison component provides a means of searching for peer agencies based on comparable performance measures, as reported to the NTD. 

This workbook replaces the annual Group Plan Summary Tool file.
