FTA publishes templates that are used by project applicants to develop and report the necessary information to FTA. These templates are used for developing evaluation criteria and ratings. This unique template is only for sponsors of New Starts projects that were notified by FTA in 2023 that their project was excused from reporting travel forecasts informed by post pandemic trends or for those who previously reported travel forecasts based on both pre-pandemic and post pandemic (blended) information on the transit system.
